18th amendment is the biggest achievement by Mian Raza Rabbani and a turning point in the democratic history of Pakistan where powers were devolved to the provinces as promised in the constitution of 1973. The documentary was made to document the process and share it with the citizens of Pakistan especially our youth. The documentary was prepared by Veerji Kohli who is a Mehergarh graduate and a strong youth leader of Tharparkar.
